The original SNK boss that gave people nightmares and made people curse at SNK. So he also gained a robotic arm as well. Oh my God what if Rugal Bernstein was a terminator in disguise? Food for thought.

The straps make him look too young but that's juat me. You could make a character cool and modern and still have it age appropriate.

Just think of the straps as only looking like that when he is in mid battle, kinda like release mode. It probably wouldn't look like that as his normal attire outside of battle, the straps would be functional to some degree and look more elegant.

Very cool clothes! Hm.. maybe his chin would be a little wider.. and i think the mouth is too close at his chin. Perhaps the jaw is thiner than the usual... It's a pretty hard position to draw, i gotta say. I have very difficulties in making faces on this position because of the proportion.
He still is a badass, tho. It's an amazing redux. Just the face have a construction of a young boy, and a detailing line of a old, strong buddy. Even though is almost perfect.

Definitely my favorite of the Redux series so far. I personally think blends Rugal's classic look with your new design, instead of one overpowering the other.

The return of another spamming boss. I have a hard time beating this cheater. By the way, the redux reminds me of Rugal in Capcom vs SNK 2, the most cheaper version.

the clothing design is totally AWESOME!! O0O Maybe its just me, but I find somethign a lil odd on his face, maybe its cuz the angle in wich the head is.
Aside from that, everything is well done. I also like the cyber light touch you gave to his cyber arm.
