Digital Ninja Character Concept: Richter HellforeAnother Digital Ninja original character.
Richter was one of 12 characters designed for a video game and comic. The story was a bit more on the over the top comedy/adventure set in a world inhabited by humans, monsters, vampires, undead, and all sorts of other hellish creatures.
Richter is actually an outcast of a an elite order that was set up to govern this world, and now he is a lone wolf being hunted by demons, humans, angels, and the very order which taught him everything he knows.
The two guns you see (Sinner and Saint) are called Diviners, and they are his weapons of choice when dealing with those who don't abide by the laws of the world. Each gun has it's own unique ability which are used for specific circumstances, they do not actually shoot bullets but intead specific types of energy.

Gungrave/Alucard I thought of them first.
I love the design, I can imagine a highly stylized game his red "cape" flapping in the breeze and with every jump or dash. Sinner would fire red or black energy. Saint white or blue. You could build up a gauge by chaining kills/hits once the gauge was full you could activate some sort of Overdrive like mode that would send Richter into a furious fit of rage, it would auto kill all the enemies on screen but it would do so in cinematic fashion, he runs up to the first guy kicks him into the air, spinning back kicks the next guy all the while firing at guy four and five, and just before guy one hits the ground, Richter fires a double shot at him causing him to explode. That's what I see anyway.

It's a great adaption of a common theme in some stories.

very very nice. i like how you took a very common idea like a heaven and hell punisher and made it your own. and that is well pretty damn cool. keep up the good work
