Jack Stone from my series STRIFE:

Backstory:

As the leader of the Secret Crimes Investigation Division (SCID), Jack Stone has been tracking and fighting the most hidden and influential criminal organizations in the world.

The SCID team had been investigating suspicious freighter movements and money transfers from one of the largest Asian business consortium in Los Angeles. As Jack's unit was about to go in for an arrest and seizure on a large weapons shipment on the Los Angeles docks, one of his own team members double crossed the group and triggered an ambush. This led to Jack's squad being caught off guard and into an intense firefight with heavy casualties, including the brutal murder of an SCID squad leader and one of Jack's closest friends.

After this tragic event the SCID is slowly rebuilding their division with Jack Stone leading the way, vowing to seek out and eliminate the worst secret criminal organizations across the globe.
