Joon The Wanderer from my series STRIFE:

Backstory:

As vicious gangs and criminal organizations grow in Tokyo, those who can't defend themselves fall prey to savages who roam the streets at night. But a mysterious stranger named Joon has been spotted fighting back and helping those in need. The local citizens refer to him only as "The Wanderer", a shadowy figure in a hat and cape who always seems to appear at just the right moment when things seem most dire.
