My first attempt at photorealistic photoshop effects. I was inspired by corsetry and fetish photography to create this.Used ~your-hand-in-mine 's Piercing Brushes.

whoa, thats crazy (in a good way!) , i dig the fetish feel! very excellent.
Anyways:
Its all extremely convincing, the only areas which whisper that they are the result of photo manipulation are the panties and the skull, but if your not looking at it from a strict realistic perspective and as more of a stylized realizm then it actually works to enhance the overall quality of the image.
In summation: I dig it, yo.
