I have been trying to get a photo like this for quite some time...its always been blury..but I finally got one.Me and my son, Sebastian.
Walk a little slower, Daddy,
Said a little boy so frail.
I'm following in your footsteps,
And I don't want to fail.
Sometimes your steps are very plain,
Sometimes they are hard to see,
So walk a little slower, Daddy,
For you are leading me.
I know that once you walked this way
Many years ago,
And what you did along the way,
I'd really like to know.
For sometimes when I am tempted,
I don't know what to do.
So walk a little slower, Daddy,
For I must follow you.
Someday when I'm grown up,
You are like I want to be.
Then I will have a little boy,
Who will want to follow me.
And I would want to lead him right,
And help him to be true.
So walk a little slower, Daddy.
For we must follow you.

aw. this is too sweet. the poem gives you real insight. b/c now i picture you, a big guy, with him, a little guy, walking on a beach or something when it's almost dark or really early in the morning, and he's like, running/waddling trying to keep up with his daddy's long strides while holding your hand. and you pull him along and don't let go, b/c you're a good dad. and he'll always know that you're there for him and he can always rely on his daddy.
don't screw it up and hurt him. it's not fair when we grow up without our dads.
