..Maybe final. Not sure yet. But this is as close to my OC design as I can get it without changing the hairstyle.I say it's a WIP because I might remodel the hair to better fit my OC rather than just use Vinyl Scratch's mane. It just doesn't look the same.
Also just for clarification, made the male base model, and made the Vinyl Scratch mane (As far as I know. If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me.)
Anyways, now I need to get around to scripting an IK rig for pony models so I can friggin' animate with them. They're really hard to animate otherwise.
Also, sorry for such a long wait - things have been kind of hectic over here at home.

Now, do you think I canceled all the requests just for fun? Or gave up on them easily? Oh you have no idea how bad the situation was, canceling every single request was the last resort.

I understand the reasoning behind it. Like I said, I'm not upset, just disappointed.
If anything, you got me off my sorry bum long enough to learn how to make stuff in the Source Engine. So now I can probably do the whole hairstyle thing myself.

Good. It's just that the description gives the impression that I gave up easily or abandoned those projects just for the hell of it. I would have preferred that it wasn't mentioned at all.
Good luck with the model by the way. Judging by the spartan armor you are fitting on the pony, I think you got what it takes to get the hair done.

It just wasn't a nice thing to come back to after a rather scary trip to the hospital. I guess it left a kind of a mental impact on me, really. It was wrong of me, and I'll remove it from the description. I apologize - it was immature.
To be brutally honest, it was what you said at the end of your journal. I know it wasn't pointed directly at me, or maybe it wasn't pointed at me at all, but I "went silent" for a few months because of family and health issues. Again I know it wasn't pointed at me, but it just kind of hit home.
Regardless, it was enough to get me to take matters into my own hands and learn it myself, so I have you to thank for that.
Well, I myself didn't make the armor. Just fitting it to a pony, which really isn't that hard.
Though I am modeling out the hair as I type this. It's fun, to be honest.

I see. Well, in hindsight I did much the same thing, just over notes. Now I feel bad for it. That's why I don't like making requests, because there's always the stinging sensation that I'm making a bad impression, or there's something I should do in return (Which in most cases, I should), and I'm left feeling guilty.

I've been thinking about it, but I want to go full circle with the Source Engine before I post tutorials. I can compile models and decompile them, etc etc, but I want to learn how to make my own models/ragdolls for Source Filmmaker before I'm completely comfortable given a written tutorial. That way I won't be giving out false instructions on accident.
