Sir, the "I'M HERE TO CLEAN YOUR CLOCK" comes from Brawl In The Family, in which there is a character names Dededoo who looks like Dedede with a moustache. Dededoo often said "I'M HERE TO CLEAN YOUR CLOCK" to various characters, such as Kirby and Prince Fluff, and then proceed to clean their clock.
