Alternate evolution of Tyrogue.Also, the other sprites are from DPP. I did not make them, only Hitmonchuck which is purely scratch. The rest of Tyrogue's line is there for comparison.
Also, purple, because it's cool.

I'm very impressed! o: Not many people really think hard enough when creating another Hitmon evolution, yet yours fits not only well in design, but name, too.
The design looks awesome. I like how it carries a similar design to Tyrogue and looks different from the other Hitmons *as they all should look different from each other*. Your idea of the Sp. Atk and Sp. Def equal to make it evolve is brilliant!
For the sprite itself, the only real problem I see is the lack of black outline in the darker areas, mainly at the legs and crotch area. Try making that area a little thicker, and add some black outline, and maybe smoothen out that odd "dip" you've got going on at the crotch, and it should look fine. <:

Oh, wow. I never noticed that, you're right. I tried not too smooth out that "dip" because I didn't want to make it look like it had a major package to deliver (dohoho.), but it does need fixing.
What about the head, though. I felt really weird about its shading. D;

The head? Make the lines a little more obvious with some black outline and other than that, it's fine. Maybe with the parts on the sides, make 'em rounder, but the general face is okay the way it is. >DD

I rather like the concept and colors you used, its body shapes design feels too similar to Tyrogue for me though. If you look at the other evolutions of Tyrogue, the other Hitmons, none of them resemble Tyrogue excpet for maybe Hitmonchan's eyes and arm structure.
Perhaps a bit of design tweaking would make it feel more like part of the Hitmon family? Sorry, hope that didn't sound too harsh. ^^'

Actually, I designed it to look more like Tyrogue on strictly on purpose.
I loved Tyrogue's design and missed it when I evolved it into whatever Hitmon I evolved it into.
