2. Ther eis not a "recipe" to draw eyes, there tons of great eye tutorials here on deviantart that i used myself,just watch them.Here some good ones: [link]
Just go through all the tutorials of Cataclysm-x,shes pretty good at explaining how to start und i think youll be fine with that

Hi,
its quite easy, I scan the Drawing without any settings, just set it to Black and White, open the Drawing in Photoshop,duplicate the Drawing and set it to Soft Light , set the opacity to 70% then Press ctrl+e to combine these to layers and to make one of them and if you want the background to be white: Grab the Dodge Tool, set the settings to lighter, duplicate the Drawing Layer and Paint over the Parts you wish to be white, you have to use some settings to find which is working best for you, then just set the opacity to around 60% and then Press ctrl+e to combine these to layers and to make one of them, thats all.
What you can do as a final step, duplicate again the Drawing Layer and set it to multiply and set the opacity to 50%
Thats what I always do

Beautiful drawing. Excellent likeness. Your use of tones is great! And the details of her necklaces are awesome! My only pet peeve is that it is outlined but as I said, it's my pet peeve. You did a phenomenal job on this. Brilliant!!
