I love this! This is something that would make an awesome wallpaper.

Very creative and visually inviting! What you penciled looks detailed, mostly consistent (the stuff in the upper half seems a little lighter than the lower half), and has good range in tonality. It has nice flow in the composition and I especially like little "man" on the right.
May I offer one bit of critique though? I kind of wish the clump of 3 drawn items in the middle (safety pin, nuts, and a computer chip) were moved to the left more (perhaps on the lines or up in the corner), unbalancing the composition. I say this because right now, the flow kind of stops at the top, where my eye follows the line to the real objects. I think if you shifted the balance and left white space there, it would invite my eye to continue to the drawn sprocket and finally to the little man.
