Until Sonya can get Michelle's neck to the required 10" height measurement she will continue to be shackled to her charge. They eat, sleep, shower and even go to the toilet together. Sonya really cranked up the pressure last month, twisting the small key to force the small bones in Michelle's neck to slowly separate.
