Holy shit dude! Β Pretty incredible work that you've done with this model.Β
Posture and lighting look near-perfect, the originally low-poly mesh has been smoothed out nicely, and the shading is excellent. Looks like you've replaced the chest fur with one you've made yourself too (wasn't the original just a texture?). Regardless, this one matches the cartoon style of the rest of the model much better than whatever SEGA used for it. Β I'm quite impressed.

And yeah it was just a texture. I thought a poly chest fur seemed more fitting.

No problem! One thing I noticed you could improve for future work would be to make the eye white itself more reflective, like you did with the shoes.

Yeah I've tried to get eye reflections but I can never seem to do them correctly or the reflection just doesnt appear. I need to figure it out sometime.

In that case, you could use the Mirror settings for the white eye material, and make the hardness higher.
I use Blender's built in render engine and find it works pretty good for this.

I need to check that out, where do you suppose I find it?
I use cycles and have been for a while now, I dont know much about the render engine though

Cycles is one render engine. It's desibged to run with node controls and the computer CPU, although you can control it with simple tabs like Internal.
"Internal" (called Blender Render) is the default render engine and runs on it's own (instead of your computers CPU). This is why people call it "Internal". It can also be controlled with nodes if you want, but was originally developed for the tab controls on the right of the UI.
If you're using nodes, you'll have to add a mirror node in the material for the eye white.
If you're using tabs, select the material for the eye white and scroll down the settings and check the " mirror" box to activate it (if Cycles has this option in the tabs. If not then you'll just have to use a node). You'll then have to play around with the settings gs and hardness to get the right look.
If you still can't find it I could take some screen shots later when I have time, or you can easily find tutorials that show this
