Both. She sees that she is in immediate danger and from the look on her friend's face, she realizes that her friend has snapped and this is just the beginning of what is to follow

Margherita is one of those people that has no middle ground (sort of like somebody I know in real life ) -- Instead of Calm --> Annoyed --> Angry --> Furious --> Enraged ... Margherita skips all of the middle steps and just goes from Calm to Rage -- it saves a lot of time but it also makes it extremely dangerous for those around her because one mis-step and they have an enraged Margherita on their hands as Bonnie discovered in this scene

Her temper is dangerous even without being the she-hulk ... just imagine what happens when the She-Hulk is added to the equation!

Wow ! That's what we call a rage outburst ! Thank you. That was the effect that I was tying to get and I think that it came out rather well.

Poor Bonnie didn't deserve such a treatment : she was the only one considerate (and courageous) enough to comfort Margherita.No she doesn't but Margherita boils over so quickly and easily that she can't help herself (sort of like somebody I know and am close to in real life ).  This scene also illustrates that because of her temper, it is dangerous to be close to Margherita even before the She-Hulk existed.
