dont mind me asking, do you know what type of adhesive paper to use for printing screentones? one that wont rip the paper when applying or taking off?

Sorry, I wouldn't know about that. If it possible to buy that kind of paper, I imagine it wouldn't be cheap. I remember screentones themselves being expensive to buy.
If you work digitally, I recommend 'Clip Studio Paint'. It's the best for creating comics. It has a huge archive of screentones.
