Me: Actually, the Fluttershy Stare is pretty much the Chizuru Stare, except it's an overload of cute instead of fear. Only ponies--or humans-turned-ponies in my case--are able to use it. It's also a lot more powerful than the Chizuru Stare. After all, the Chizuru Stare doesn't affect Merc Man.
