Here's my design for Ecylisis's fangame Megaman Charged, called Orbit Man, a space-themed Robot Master with the Orbit Sparks as his weapon.

Description: A robot designed to research various energies found in space, his Orbit Sparks can swirl around his body to negate oncoming projectiles upon contact, before then being fired towards his foes afterwards.
Good point: Knowledgeable
Bad point: Prone to baffling others when giving out theories
Likes: Sci-fi movies
Dislikes: People who can't prove their facts

That's what I said by "NES limitations". If I put his UFO hat in his sprite, chances are it would look really awkward.

Thanks, I'm glad you like it! I've wanted his design to have some Galaxy Man-like elements, though I decided to have his arm cannons float in the air a la Rayman, as well as use the Smear and Paintbrush tools to make his Orbit Sparks.
Oh yeah, and I decided to picture Orbit Man speaking like Erika Furudo from "Umineko no Naku Koro Ni", too. [link]

I'm going to attempt to make a mugshot for him, but I'm unsure of how well it'll turn out.
