(Mega Man: Owned by Capcom)Here's my female Robot Master idea called "Wraith Woman"! She's based off of my old Robot Master "Spook Girl", although unlike her, Wraith Woman is neither childlike nor playful. Instead, she's a very serious individual whom speaks with a deep voice.
Her weapon, the Wraith Flare, summons several ghostly flames which appear around the user and fly towards foes closer to the user like homing missiles.
