100% QC APPROVED - [link]The weather is sooo bad I have to postpone my abstract outdoor stuff.
(Literally.)In the meantime here are some lilies for you.
Second of the series. This time with pure white background. Squarecrop felt too forced on this so I found a better comp, but some rotation was needed for it.

PS6: rotate 5 degrees CCW, crop, saturation +5, some burn tool on the petals, resize, frame, type.

Yes, indeed, I was perusing the comments to find yours...it *is* an orchid, but I am not sure if Orchids are considered part of the Lily family; I have my doubts...nonetheless, he speaks a different first language, and it is an incredible photo...so we should let it slide.

I think the commentor meant it more as an idea of spaciousness that is not taken up by busy-ness...it is actually more of an advertising term used here in the U.S. - but it really refers to refreshing space that allows the eye and consciousness a bit of time and relief to fully absorb the remainder, or center, of the piece..."just enough dead space" is a VERY nice and sensitive comment! This piece is absolutely breathtaking...and the use of nothingness along with the beauty only accentuates the beauty and creativity itself...you obviously *feel* this intuitively, which makes you a true artist!
