I always wondered how guys like Malak, Malgus and this guy, ate. Do they have to have everything liquefied? Is it intravenous? Do they have a little nozzle on the side where they pump food directly into their stomach? Just imagine how un-intimidating it must look to see a dark lord sitting on a medical table getting his morning breakfast pumped in.
Needless to say the picture looks awesome. After all, SW wouldn't have made two of the biggest badasses look like that if it didn't.

haha that's a good question. maybe they all have a ball like darth vader where it's safe to remove their breathing apparatus. that or somekind of nutrient replacement system that they inject.
