You have an eye for the main chance, and here you took it.
I am profoundly disturbed by this picture; I hesitated to write remarks about it, I fear for it being in my favourites, but a work that so completely chills and troubles reflexively, without recourse to logic or brain filtering, has to be there.
You have given me an experience in art that I shall rank amongst on first seeing Christopher LeBrun's work 'Tristan'. It increases the rebellious and the self-affirming in me by its sheer audacity.
Colour, vibrancy and lighting combine to accentuate terribly the subject.
I am both appalled and admiring in the same instant.
Thank you.
Yours most respectfully
Dibb (Roger)

this makes me wonder, "how did she do that?"
meaning, of course, not technically, but rather, how did you achieve such an effect, such strong impact...
i'm wowed by the entire series of ladies in this room.

Your art is so bracingly bold. I'd say brash but for the refinement of your vision; the sensitivity to color, arrangement of elements, your delicacy in approach to flesh and spirit. Bold and delicate. Rash and restrained. The great thing is that your images contain - or, rather, are galvanized by the fertile tension of these opposites, or near-opposites. I will return to your gallery for longer looks.
