Description
This is a pic I made of the main villans for a story I am creating based on Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II, called Kingdom Hearts: Path of Oblivion. If I'm lucky, and can find a co-author or two, I can get this into a full blown fan fiction, if not, it will just be the theme for a series of fanart. Anyway, here is a pic of the 4 main villans of the story. On the left is the Horned King from The Black Cauldron , in the middle is Maleificent, from Sleeping Beauty as well as the other Kingdom Hearts games, and on the right is Kefka from Final Fantasy VI . At the top is a shadowy silohet of Void-Heart, the new entity causing trouble for the Keyblade Wielders. Not much will be known about Void-Heart, other then he commands the loyalties of the other 3 villans seen here, and that he has something to do with the Heartless and their oragins.Now, before, I was passing out E-mails and Notes with all those who wanted to know this, but instead, I am just going to post this here instead. Below is a full list of the cast of charicters from my story, just to give you a sneak peeek of what to expect.

I'm sorry, I am not familiar with who you are talking about. Are these Final Fantasy villains, some one from Dinosaurs or something else dinosaur related, or are they from something else Disney related? I'd have to know who they are before I even considered adding them in.

Well I am unfamiliar with them, but I'm willing to look into them to see if its worth an inclusion. I'm always up for the inclusion of Final Fantasy characters if they can mix well into a Disney world.

Actually, I never thought of a name for that world. I didn't have to as the only characters from that world, Aladar and the Carnotaur, do not appear in that world, and are instead summoned to other world's by the heroes and villains. Summons don't always get named worlds, as we still don't know the names of the home worlds of Bambi, Dumbo, Chicken Little or Merlin.
Given that the Dinosaurs probably had no name for their own land they lived in, I could call it Laurasia, the named of the continent the Dinosaurs lived on at the time, or I could call it something as simple as "Land of the Dinosaurs" or "The Primal Lands".

Thanks, glad you like it. It's still hasn't been fully written, but is still in the works. Quite a bit about the plot has gone under some revision however, like the addition of characters, the removal of a few redundant characters, and changes made to factor in changes made with the other 3 recent games and their characters and plot points.
I'd tell you to hang in and wait for it, but it has taken so long to write I do not want to get anyone else's hopes up with promises of a swift completion on it.

Call me crazy, but I think you should add Ares as one of the bad guys. Sorry, GOW (God of War) got into my head today. I plan to put GOW in my story. For the ending of the first one, (Queendom Hearts) (I say that because I plan to make a sequel to it), Maleficient would disappear, mortally wounded from battle, just before the final blow was given to her. In Queendom Hearts 2, she once again, prepares for battle, and this time with a new horde of villians. Still, you have a unique talent. I like that in you. Nice work.

Now, when you say Ares, do you mean the incarnation that showed up in the media related to the Disney Hercules series, or do you meant the actual God of War Ares? Because I am not really planning for any kind of non-Disney or Final Fantasy crossovers for this story. Besides, I am not really familiar with that Ares either.
In the first case, the Disney Ares was only a minor character and not a real main contender for a villainous or supporting role.
Besides, if I was going to include a crossover Ares, I think the Marvel one would fit better, at least there is the gateway of Disney owning Marvel.

Well like I said, I am really not interested in doing that kind of cross over. As far as I know, that has no real connection to Disney or Square-Enix, and is thus not something I want to try at this point.
Thanks for the info on the game though, I will look into it. But even if I end up liking the series, it is still not something I want to cross over. But good luck with you adding them if you want.

Thanks, glad you like the idea. I guess Maleficent is more powerful in this story,she once again has a significant role, but she's no pawn of Void-heart, she's a willing servant and one of his 2nd in commands. Void-Heart is a living incarnation of darkness and evil in this story, and I got the impression that true evil was the kind of power she served.

Oh, thank you, glad you like the idea. Hmm, well, I could always use your help as a co-author, it will give an excuse to finally get up and going on this again. I can send you a note with a write up of the plot, and an updated cast of characters (a few things are different since posting this picture) as well as the little bit of the story I have written so far.

Funny thing really...some of the stuff you mentioned was stuff I guessed they'd put into KH3. For example, having Red XIII show up in the pride lands. Now that I think about it, Herbie, Robin Hood and Aladar would make really good sumons. I would like to see how this turns out...
As for critiques on the drawing...try rotating Kefka a bit to her left. That way she wouldn't be in complete profie stance and would be more even with the Horned King on the opposite side of Malificent. As for the Void heart... he looks evil, but I personally think he needs to be shrouded a bit more. Other than that, this is interesting...I'll be keeping an eye out for more...

Oh, thank you. Yeah, well, I guess some things are just a natural to assume or guess. But it is interesting to know that these ideas have merrit then.
Well, thank you for the advice, I'll try to do it next time I do something like this. But to be Honest, Kefka is male. But the fact that he wears make up and has long hair, and that I didn't do the best job drawing him, its understandable to make that mistake.
As for Void Heart, I guess it would hae been better to hide his apperance in shadows more rather then just have him appear against a white background.
As for more on the story, my gallery has a bunch more art realted to the story, and chapter 1 of the story is almost finished, and might be up soon.

Oops! Sorry about the gender confusion there. I haven't finished FFXI (obviously, 'cause that would mean I wouldn't have made that mistake). I actually meant rotate him to the left, which would actually mean rotating him to his right. Got confused on that too. Anyways, it would be great if you could give me some links to that stuff. Maleificent is one of my all-time favorite Disney villans
And you tried out a front facing pose with her, I see; it looks really good ^-^
I'm not too familiar with the other two...I've only seen a little bit of the Black Cauldron and haven't played any FFs ^^

Oh yes, thank you. Maleificent is the major Disney villan of Kingdom Hearts and is found in all 3 games, controlling the heartless, organizing a legion of villans, and otherwise being a thorn in the good guy's side. She even corrupts Riku, Sora's best friend. And glad you like the frontal pose too.
As for the Horned King, in my opinion, he's the creepiset Disney villan sinse Chernabog. An evil skeliton Sorcerer with horns sticking out of his head, who contorols a legion of the walking dead. He makes a perfect inclusion as the kind of villan Sora and co. would fight.
Kefka, while a final Fantasy villan, also fits into the mold as the kind of villan which would fit alongside other villans. A soldier who's mind snapped when he was given the ability to use magic, Kefka is mad to the extreme, full of hate, and extreamly genocidal.

Creepier than Chernabog? Chernabog is so creepy! Fantasia is so happy with flowers, mythology and ballet, and then this demon lord comes along and starts congregating the dead

Well, yeah, if you play long enough, the whole world falls appart when Kefka rearranges 3 Godess Statues and ends up half-destroying the world, until the heros reunite a year later and then take him down.
Well, I meant Creepiest sinse Chernabog. While the demon lord of Bald is certainly a scary one, no doubt, the Horned King is also creepy, with his skull head, and when he gets angry, his eyes burn with this demonic fire.

How about adding in Anti-Sora? I thought he was a cool character. There's some pictures of him on my Favorites list, if you don't know what he looks like.
I might be able to be a co-author, but I don't know if I'll have time. I probably will during June, July, and August, though...and on the weekends. I'm not the most experienced at writing...but I've written a few little things and people say I'm good at it.

Oh, thank you. Well, I might have misphrased that. "Friend" is just anyone who isn't a main enemy of a direct ally. Sephiroth still has his grudge against Cloud, and you might still fight him, but he's not exactally on the side of heartless and Void-Heart, despite all his own talk of darkness. He might have a useful role later on in the story however.
And the catagory is also a misnomer with others. Charicters like Pain, Panic, the Cyclops, Kaa, the Sailors of the Flying Dutchmen Sailors, the Creeper and the Godesses are actually more like bad guys, some of which you fight. Just not "main" bad guys.
I could add Anti-Sora, but just for the record, he's not a seperate charicter, but an actual form of the normal Sora. When Sora uses his magic clothing to merge with allies and use "Drive Forms" there is a chance he becomes the dark and wild Anti-Sora instead of whatever form he was trying to be.
And thanks for the offer, that's really appreciated. Summer could be the best time to do this anyway, as I would like to know what happens in Pirates of the Caribean 2 when it comes out. I knew full well it would take a while, so I had no problems including a movie that wasn't out yet.

Although in the first Kingdom Hearts, I think Anti-Sora was an actual character seperate from Sora. I haven't actually gotten to that level myself yet, but in the Peter Pan level, I heard that he's a boss in the game. There's a video of it if you look it up on youtube.com, also.

Oh, right, that, I copletly forgot about that. "Anti-Sora" was Sora's shadow come to life brought on by a combination of Neverland's effect on Shadows (remember, Peter's shadow had a life of its own too) and Riku's Heartless magic. I might think of him as a villan, you've brought on some interesting ideas.

Although one thing that's never changed is I've always liked dinosaurs, dragons, and animals- no matter what.
