Description
Well, here is another creature I interpreted for MLP:FiM style.
This one wasn't very creative, but I tried.

This is Harry and Gina, two Hippogriffs. While many know of Hippogriffs from Harry Potter, where it is seen as a Pegasus with a beak and talons, when I was first introduced to the concept of a Hippogriff, it was described as the result of a literal union between a Griffin and a Horse. As such, it had parts from a horse instead of a lion. This was an oddity, as the same book described Griffins as hating horses.

In Equestria, Hippogriffs are the actual rare result of a when a Griffin and a Pony, traditionally enemies but now at peace with each other, mate. They are often seen as outsiders and have a hard time fitting in with either culture since they only see the part of them that they are not. They can result from any of the three tribes, but those from Unicorns never have horns or magic, and it's hard to tell what kind of Pony their parent was just by looking at them. Hippogriffs don't get Cutie marks.
Harry, and his younger sister Gina, are two Hippogriffs that were born from a Griffin father and Earth Pony mother. They are energetic and a little more down to earth than Griffins because of their Earth Pony heritage.
