Because Marcos could need help for certain missions... and definitly the german shepherd dog is in the list of the Rupian Army since long ago because her cop skills

Dora obviouslly would preffer some heavier firepower than Marcos, depite would be lower combat time. who cares if nobody will survive her more than 8 mins? XD she even carries an anti tank guided missile (or 2, if she doesn´t wants the 20 mm cannon )
