Damn, this poor guy looks like he's in rough shape. Was this taken at an old storage shed or a scrap spur, out of question?

Right now it is stored but right now I have no idea if it will be refurbished or scrapped.

Thanks for getting back to me, chum! Yeah, it looks like the basic structurals are in one piece (as opposed to a non-functional derelict, which would probably end up being scrapped) but the skin is in pretty rough shape. It'd be nice to know a decent livery would fix it up and make use of a classic like a Tractor instead of just plopping down the pounds for a brand new one, but I guess it would depend on what kind of parts were still available to do it. If it _is_ just the skin and paint job, I suspect it would be an easy job; if the electricals or engine proper needed work, that would be more expensive and involved, of course.
