I've been wanting to try doing a photo study for a while now, so I decided to start with some pictures that I had taken. This is my cat Toby. He lays like this a lot.

This was a lot of fun! I don't know how many of these I'll do, but I'd definitely like to try some more in the future. The hardest part was the bed; the blanket had all sorts of folds and wrinkles in it and even with a photo reference I just could not get it right. At least now I know what I need to practice.
