hey!! so I got a request for a tutorial
sorry about the format of it, I have no idea how to make things like this look good xD

also sorry about my shit handwriting. let me know if you need me to read what it says lol

obviously you can skip some steps and tweak whatever, this is just the way I pixel
even I switch the steps around so

I used Sai to make this, usually just so I can zoom in more and have layers because it's easier to keep track of stuff
you can use ms paint and other basic painting programs to make this
