ound in blood) from Wasteland Bandits.Just try new regdolls and it's awesome porting.
Most are done in game.

Joshua Graham is easily my favorite F:NV character, with Ulysses coming in a close second. This pose is both classic and badass, so it's an excellent fit. I'm assuming all the bandits are actually quite deadified offscreen, and he was merely letting the awesome sink in.

I don't know for sure if this is greek. Greek doesn't have accent marks on the lettering, and some of it isnt matching up. Give me a few hours, I'll see what I can find. It may be Latin.
