SwiftClaw was once a member of the predacons until he was banished after insulting and attempting to challenge his leader which will get to him soon, he's basically the dinobots of this series and like dinobot he has a coat of Honor and enjoys his battles however after meeting SnowBlade he challenged him on a Rock bridge for the rights of becoming leader, during their scuffle the predacons attacked but thankfully Prime and the other Maximals saved SwiftClaw and a nick of time Therefore gained sympathy towards him and the other maximals slowly over the years becoming a loyal soldier and Prime should be leader as always but he is getting a hard time getting used to his new surroundings becoming a new Maximal Especially trying to get along with Swinger who sees him as a nuisance but the other maximals think otherwise.

SwiftClaw's beast mode is the famous Carakiller, the terror bird of the future that is descendant of either two ground-dwelling birds the Seriema or the Caracara. About 3 m tall they are the top predators of the South American grasslands and with their bright red head feathers they are able to send signals to each other or to attract females, but unlike regular terror birds that basically hunt on their own these guys hunt in a pack called "a hunting party" with a sharp beak they're able to tear flesh and puncture any prey to submission but that's not all they have, they even have powerful dinosaur-like claws on their wings although they rarely use them the birds tend to use them to groom themselves despite even using them to disembowel their prey plus the speed of these birds are meant roughly 60 mph. And that's why SwiftClaw chose this form it's power and speed is remarkable highly coordinated and perfect for attack plus the head of the bird becomes a handgun that shoots lasers but in a rare occasions you sometimes uses his laser eyes, plus the tail of the bird becomes a hand ax which is equally as impressive.

P.S. since birds have two claws on each wing nowadays I've decided to give the Carakiller two finger claws instead of just one since it would make more sense plus the head design for the robot mode that I made is pretty awesome
