Hey everyone! I wanted to add more to my modern animal folder, so I decided to draw my favourite modern day animal: the capybara! This little guy has just gone out of the water onto dry land. I think I did the water too dark, but I am very proud of the capybara himself. Due to this scene being in the Amazon, I wanted to show that the Amazon has a lot of creatures living in it. Sadly, I don't think I've really demonstrated the Amazon's true biodiversity, but I am pretty happy with the two other creatures I drew: an emerald tree boa and a rhinoceros beetle, which I made dark blue because I thought if I coloured it black then no-one would be able to see the details.
