Sertar is the 1st starter. Sertar is a dual type of Water-Dragon. Sertar is a Carnivore/Piscivore. Even though its arms are very small and don't even reach over the belly, they have a good purpose. To do their mating dances! Yes, they are young, but they can find mates at a young age and stick with those mates until adulthood when they can actually mate. Their dances are very cute while moving their arms up and down in a pattern. They can be tubby or skinny, but they are still cute creatures.
