Not going to give out any plot spoiling details here, but this is the same Godzilla as before. He undergoes further mutation, turning pitch black. He now has small spines on his tail for bladed tail whips, is physically stronger and larger, and has a more destructive, red beam.Related content

Not sure what you're talking about, but I assure you that the only character this design borrows from is the one Toho birthed in 54.

Very nice! I like the shape of the spines, and glow affect around them...do they glow all the time, now? I can imagine him whipping that tail, and having a glow following it!
