Description
Of the four races the Rith are by far the most heavily reliant on their environment. With slimy skin that dries out under the sun, Rith players are cursed with a constantly draining moisture meter that has to be refilled to keep their health from draining. Periodically wading in water is the best way to stay alive, but when rivers and ponds aren't an option players have to get creative. Stealing water jugs from enemy encampments, praying to Rain Totems, and devouring water creatures are all good ways to fill meter. The latter especially is useful since the Rith's special ability and strongest attack, Spit, is affected by what they eat.
Key aspects of the Rith playstyle are long range combat, water management, and planning. It's very important that Rith players always think ahead and stock up before going on long journeys. Hot places like deserts and volcanoes deplete the Rith's water meter even faster than normal and can dish out death quickly to the unprepared.

Weapons:
*Bile Berries. Vile aquatic plants that replenish a small amount of water when crushed against your body. Their horrible odor will temporarily repel any enemies that get close.
*Floatstinger. Freshwater jellyfish that replenish a moderate amount of water when eaten. Doing so imbues the player's Spit with a poison for a short time.
*Muckwiggler. Boneless eels that replenish a moderate amount of water when eaten. Doing so increases the firing speed and splash range of Spit for a short time.

*Jugs. All of the other races keep drinking water in their land-villages. Collect them from enemy camps then use them whenever to replenish a large amount of water.
*Water! Wading into it will instantly refill your moisture meter and stop it from draining. It's also the only place to refill enemy jugs and collect bile berries, floatstingers, and muckwigglers.
*Rain Totems. Praying at these stone-carved altars will briefly summon a light shower, slowly refilling your moisture meter whenever you're outside. Pray at every altar in the level to make the rainfall permanent and keep your eyes peeled for the rare and towering Greater Totems scattered throughout the world...

TURRET (Age of Aether update)
*Sea Totem. A truly monumental iteration of the Rain Totem, this acid-carved obelisk might just be the biggest "turret" in the history of Luenra. It's every bit as sturdy as it looks but doesn't really have offensive capabilities. The Totem can attract lightning strikes to ward off foes at close proximity, but with a very slow and frankly unreliable "rate" of fire. The real purpose of the Sea Totem is to bring down rain and well up groundwater: it's essentially a lake-maker, able to flood huge areas in shallow water. Legends on your side aren't hindered, but enemies suffer a speed penalty whenever they wade through the water. Some Legends like the Urserpent, Shalestinger, and Sunfin even become faster in the pools, but be wary... aquatic enemies benefit just as much as aquatic allies.
