I love these kind of skirts (at least drawing them :>) They are so playful and it gives me so many options to work with shadows and shapes-

Who ever had a look at my gallery here in deviantart might have noticed: I kinda like magical girls. So, no Sailor Moon without a pleated skirt, right?

Since this is my first tutorial, please let me know if it was helpful, if there were things I better improve next time or if there are any tutorial-ideas u were interested in. ^^
