Alignment: Chaotic Hostile

Rank: 4

Measurements:

Height:  15 meters (When reared up)

Length: 30 meters (When on all fours)

           Weight: Medium

Powers:

Chillin’ Venom: Like a normal Platypus, Perrywinkle has venomous spurs. Unlike a normal Platypus, all of Perrywinkle’s claws are venomous and the venom instead of being a paralytic, it’s a cryogenic. A simple slash from his claws can lead to the target being petrified as their blood freezes.

Pay the Heating and Electric Bill: Perrywinkle’s bill allows him to see electric fields and thermal radiation around him, to a striking degree. The bill also acts like a cloak, making him very hard to pick up on most radar and satellite tracking.

The Cold Never Bothered Me: Due to his venom, Perrywinkle’s body temperature in sub-zero. This has caused his fur is be frozen and covered in a small layer of ice. This layer of makes him immune to sudden changes in temperature along with fire and ice attacks for short amounts of time.

Swimmin’ Circles ‘Round Ya: Using his beaver-like tail and webbed feet, Perrywinkle is more at home in the water than on land. He can also hold his breath for about two days.

Weaknesses:

Blind, Deaf, and Anosmic: Perrywinkle’s eyes, nose, and ears are frozen shut. Not that it matters anymore, since they’ve been like that for long enough that even if they were opened, those senses don’t work. He’s bill also has a range of half a mile, so he’s actually blind except for extreme temperatures or high voltages.

Waddle. Waddle. Waddle: Perrywinkle is never the fastest on land. He will constantly trip over his webbed feet if he travels at a faster mode than walking.

Description:
A giant semi-biped platypus with periwinkle colored spiky fur. His bill has three big and many smaller serrations around it. Claws on hands are a bit longer and sharper. Larger and deeper blue spikes of fur are on his elbows, knees, and edges of body.

Personality: Perrywinkle is an aggressive and violent Kaiju with a short attention span. He has shown to be purely psychopathic and a sociopath who loves to see fear and terror in his victims but gets bored if they stay the same. To him, nothing is better than slowly killing someone and watching their final moments. Mutilating corpses are also high on his list of favorite past times. But if he’s alone with nobody to murder, he’ll try to find something to do, may that be drawing or playing with objects.

History: Perrywinkle is a platypus from the ice age frozen inside an Enigma-charged iceberg, mutating him. For thousands of years, he was trapped inside it; his prison making the normal kaiju into the deranged murderer he is now.

Bio Text: He stared at the ice wall again, getting a continuous spark of electricity and a faint heated blanket in the distance. It was unlike those great flashes before. It already looked like that place was going to be more fun than this frozen hell hole. Slamming down his tail, the kaiju sent tremors and cracks throughout the iceberg. He brought it down again, causing more cracks and launching large pieces of ice upwards. Today it’s time to leave, he decided. With a smirk, he slammed his tail again and again until the iceberg started to truly break apart, making holes that quickly filled with water. Taking a breath, the kaiju dove underwater once it was deep enough for him to swim in and swam around, feeling along the walls until he found a hole large enough that he could break through easily.

As he swam in the open, more tiny consent sparks were all around him. And again each had a warmth to them. These sparks were tiny to the kaiju, the largest not even fitting in his webbed hand. Getting an idea, the kaiju ran his claws through multiple sparks, their warmth leaving as his venom frozen them. He turned back to the larger spark as he grew bored with tormenting the sparks. After quickly swiping his bill through a large group of them and eating the ones he caught, the kaiju started swimming to the all-spark again.

The longer he swam, the larger the all-spark grew. He could “see” that it wasn’t just a single spark but thousands of smaller bundles and long lines that were within the cloud of heat. An odd large mass of heat was underneath all of it, while he saw along bundle of sparks and heat that was close in size to him, also approaching the all-spark. He saw this one bundle that was suspended in the air, with a hair-thin cage around it. For some reason, that bundle looked very appealing to him. It was brighter, more noisy, and different than the sparks and warmth. He wanted to tear that apart that, slowly and painfully as it froze solid.

Land was reached just seconds after the kaiju saw the bundle. He stood on his back legs as the water that followed him crashed on the shore. Looking further ahead, to where the all-spark was, the kaiju saw his goal, but he would need to go through a much smaller one. It had hundreds of small sparks and heats, maybe thousands. But that all-spark was more interesting, more appealing. The kaiju wanted to “see” the fear on its face as he tortured it. The very last breath it would take would be ended by him.

As the kaiju walked through the city, sensing the citizens run in panic, he knocked down buildings in his way; freezing them enough that they shattered when they landed. A smile grew on his bill as the panic overtook the peaceful city. The terror was like a drug, but if this smaller all-spark gave him this much joy, than imagine being in the real all-spark. He quickened his pace, going on all fours for better stability. As he entered Port Phillip Bay, the military had just arrived. With the kaiju swimming towards Melbourne now, the Australian government were discussing on how to handle the giant ice platypus while the internet were giving it a name.

As people debated, the kaiju rose from the waves and walked to Melbourne, freezing before a skyscraper. Distracted, he felt a blast of heat hit him on the back and pushed him forward slightly. His bill shown him what happened; a weird spark, bigger and flying, had thrown something at him. It had it’s lines as very straight and sharp turns but a bundle inside was different. It was like the ones that ran away from him. The kaiju connected the dots and got an idea. Playing with his victims, the kaiju turned back towards the water, appearing hurt. The flying spark went around him and threw another heat blast. It missed the kaiju and in the process, he slammed his tail on the base of building. The force caused the building to bend and fall onto to others and the flying spark, far destroying more than the kaiju hope. A smile appeared on his bill. Quickly, he charged through Melbourne, trampling cars, street lights, and people; ramming buildings. As he ran towards a crowd, he flew through the air, tripping over himself. Shaking asphalt out of his frozen fur, feeling the occasional peck from soldier fire, he saw the cloud of sparks. A thought came to his mind. Swiping with his webbed hand, the kaiju brought about several humans to his bill. Their fearful movements were enough for his taste. Bringing up his other hand, he poked one. He could see the warmth fade to cold, the sparks straightening out, as the human’s blood froze solid. He sliced the arm off, the sudden force causing the human to shatter apart. The kaiju felt his smile grow, so he repeated the process on the other humans. Freeze, slice, slice, shatter. Freeze, cut, shatter, Freeze, pierce, shatter. Freeze… boredom caused the kaiju to freeze himself. Disgusted, he threw the rest to the side. The new-spark still stood over all other ones. It was the one before. The one that originally attracted him. The different one.

He began to walk over to the building when he noticed that the large heat source beneath the city was beginning to rise, the earth rumbling. Out rose it, the form taking a round shape with a short legs, a small head, long arms, and a tail that ended in a ball. It threw a piece of a nearby building at him, hitting his bill. The world turned blurry and distorted him. As he regained his senses, the new kaiju pointed at him. It appeared to have said something, but with his ears having been frozen shut, he could not hear it, but he knew it clearly challenged him. He was going to rip apart this other kaiju so much that the entire area would be bathed in it’s frozen blood.

Sending a growl, the kaiju flexed his claws and slammed his tail down, sending frozen fur up at the force. The other one said something than curled up into an almost perfect sphere and rolled towards him. He braced for impact, arms up, feet gripping the earth, as the ball-kaiju became a blur… than it missed him by twenty feet and collided with a building. He crawled out, preparing for another charge. The kaiju brought up his claws and planted his feet.

But a sudden ball of heat splashed in between them and sizzled the road. Turning towards where it came from, just as the other large bundle of sparks crept behind a building. It had a pair of massive claws, many legs, and a spiked tail. The claws snapped, threatening the two other kaiju. The clawed kaiju, the ball kaiju, and himself all looked at each other, making the occasional growl, while the Australian military where wrapping their minds around the two new kaiju.

Finally, he grew bored of the wait and jumped towards the ball kaiju. He slashed with a joyful grin, trying to freeze it solid. His claws connected but it felt more like rock than flesh as they barely even scratched through, sending tiny sparks of warmth. He saw the claw kaiju’s tail coming towards him, heat forming a sharp tip at the end. Trying to avoid being pierced but tripping over his own feet again, he fell on the ground. Luckily, the tail collided with the shell of the ball kaiju but like his claws, it glanced off. The ice kaiju rises up as the ball kaiju walked over to the claw kaiju and felt another adrenaline-filled grin fill his bill at the pure amount of chaos. That new-spark will wait after he fights and tortures these two.

"Seeing" things from Perrywinkle's perspective is a really neat way to go about this, and it really helps sell how he's a sadist while being blind and deaf.

I feel like Bajwara and Perrywinkle should fight. It'd be like an Australian SyFy movie. Platybeast vs Megapus?
