Lilian, Hunt, Tanana, and their kids gather to a meeting held by Tanana, who is now an ADF officer.

Tanana: Moscow, London, Washington D.C. All under attack. On every continent, the superspecies are triggering earthquakes, wildfires, tsunamis and disasters we don't even have names for yet. Now, as before, we have been trying to lure the creatures with nuclear materials, but they are not taking the bait this time. Their behavior has become random, erratic. And with our forces spread desperately thin and these things roaming the globe unimpeded, we are running out of options and time.
Rosetta: They're following orders, Dreadaugor took out the alpha, which happened to be Stygimorah originally, after he was killed he took the title as alpha. That's how pack mentality works.
Princess Ren: What Dreadaugor is, is a false king. He's destroying the planet to suit his own needs. While they don't know it, the Earth's super species are actually Dreadaugor's slaves. Once he terraforms it to his desire, he will absorb the most dominant species that remain.
Andrew: How do you know that?
Princess Ren: The Earth is a seed from which life sprouts. The flower that blooms is civilization, and the superspecies are the fruit that ripens. In the end, Dreadaugor comes to pick and eat the fruit. We Atarashi have seen this cycle countless times on many planets.
Prince Korso: To prevail, you must cut the head off the snake, and the body will die. We stop Dreadaugor, we stop them all.
Lilian: How? Our only hope was slain by that monster.

She senses something, cries from the deity creatures.

Prince Korso: It seems Earth's gods will not submit to Dreadaugor.
Lilian: They want to save us...
Rosetta: Doesn't Stygimorah have any descendants, from what you and Dad told us?
Lilian: Even so, Dreadaugor might kill him.

Monitors show Kiliffak, Nalara, the Sun Lions, Masutarah, and Senshokutai arriving.

Tanana: The gods have come to heed our call.
Hunt: What if we juiced up the Stygimorahs?
Lilian: How do you plan that? Stygimorah gets its power from the sun and moon. And then there are the young of Raptorok and Raptoria to consider.
Hunt: If they're out there. If we find them, we can give them the healing bombs the Atarashi used to help recover the deforested areas.

The groups split up. Tiana and her forces use the mechas to stall Dreadaugor. Andrew and Lilian go out to find a way to calm down the monsters. Hunt and the Atarashi rulers search for the juveniles with the gods' help. Tanana is looking through sacred rituals with Rosetta.

Tanana: If he can come back to us, he can help us.
Rosetta: Who? Dad? or Stygimorah?
Tanana: Both, if I can.

The Atarashi find the Kaijuraptors and Stygimorahs, now adolescents. Stygimorah Jr. and the Red Kaijuraptor are debating to attack Dreadaugor or not.

Princess Ren: A debate on what their actions will lead, to fight Dreadaugor or remain in hiding. Perhaps I can help to their cause.

She speaks to them telepathically. They listen to her, while the Tyrannoids prepare the special drug to enhance their powers.

Meanwhile, Tanana and Rosetta make an unfortunate discovery.

Tanana: I found one ritual that can work.
Rosetta: Really?
Tanana: Yes, but it can only be performed by a person once, meaning we must choose between Alan and Stygimorah.
Rosetta: Your sure about it?
Tanana: Yes, we mess not waste time.
Rosetta: How is this ritual performed?

Meanwhile, Lilian and Andrew meditate together to try and reach out to the attacking monsters. Andrew starts putting strain on his mind and his nose bleed, so Lilian holds his hands to lend him some of her own power. Through their combined telepathic effort, the attacking superspecies all go from aggressive to docile in a matter of minutes. Achilles being the first to realize his error, and abandons his rampage to search for Stygimorah, along with Dimoradon and Mountitan.

Andrew: Thanks.
Lilian: Your welcome, son.

Dreadaugor senses something isn't right. He absorbs enough of the capital to develop energy wings and take off.

Meanwhile, the missiles are launched at the juvenile Kaiju. They don't suspect a thing until the missiles are launched. Stygi Jr. hears the missiles being shot and fires a solar beam at them. The missiles resist the beam and hit the animals. When the dust clears, they are now fully charged with super energy, and are much bigger than the original Stygimorah.

Hunt: Well it worked. Surprised they're bigger than the originals. What did you Tyrannoids put in these? Steroids?
Tyrannoid: A power enhancement. Something we got from the Super Tyrannoids.

The dinosaurs go to fight Dreadaugor.

Word gets out of the new Stygimorah, prompting Tanana to choose to revive Alan.

Tanana: A new generation will avenge the fallen, so I made my choice.
Rosetta: Meaning we're reviving dad?

They perform the ritual. As it is completed, Dreadaugor comes to their area. Dreadaugor growls, they hide, but he peers into the building Dread reaches out, then an arm grabs them and pulls them away. Its Alan, who tells them to keep quiet, after a quick hug, they get out of the area, but Dread cuts off their escape route. Suddenly, the mechas arrive to fight. They then do something new: they all combine into one giant robot right as Hunt arrives with the others.

Hunt: What did you guys do to the robots?
Atarashi: We reformatted them to combine into a more powerful form: Mechanimal.
Tyrannoid: And we've given them a new ability as well.

Dreadaugor blasts part of Mechanimal's arm off, but it instantly regenerates.

Andrew: Whoa.
Tyrannoid: Nanotech. Handy stuff, given the bastard has never encountered a world with the capacity for resistance. Earth was preparing for him, since he visited this planet before.

Mechanimal fires a beam from the chest, making Dreadaugor stumble, but he rams the giant machine. He is then struck from behind by the Stygimorahs and Kaijuraptors.

Hunt: Just in time!

Stygi Jr. leads the charge, ramming Dreadaugor head on, while the other Stygimorah and the Kaijuraptor circle around to surround him. The Earth suddenly begins to tremble. All the other Kaiju appear, gods and animal alike. Mountitan bellows out as they arrive, as if to aid the juvenile super species

Tanana: They came to fight the true enemy.

Dreadaugor, feeling threatened, fires his beam upon Mountitan, but the titan is only stunned, as the Kaijuraptor jump onto him. Dimoradon conjures a storm around Dreadaugor. Dreadaugor is dive bombed by Dimoradon before getting struck by an electrical beam, Stegrah collides with Dreadaugor, then Tyrannogigas lunges at him with open jaws clamped on Dread's neck, but is shrugged off Mechanimal fires missiles. The Kaiju continue to use their attacks. Enraged, Dreadaugor suddenly jumps at the Atarashi mothership.

Princess Ren: EVADE!

Dreadaugor pins it down, then tears out the reactor and eats it.

Prince Korso: Oh no...

Absorbing the reactor's energy, Dreadaugor fires an even more powerful version of his beam attack at Mechanimal. He does this several more times until the machine is completely obliterated, with no trace left behind.

Hunt: Bastard's getting pissed off.

Achilles jumps off Mountitan holding a spear in his hand, stabbing Dreadaugor with it. Dreadaugor grabs Achilles and chokeslams him hard. He then attacks the Stygimorahs, killing all except Junior. When he sets his sight on Junior, the Asian Stygimorah rams him, Masturah bombards him with fireballs. Kilaffak breaks one of her tusks after striking Dreadaugor's armor, Venatus bites onto the jugular and hangs on for dear life. Omega fires a beam of water at Dreadaugor, Mountitan tail slams him, the Sun Lions and Nalara charge at him, like lions to buffalo. Stygi Jr charges up a combination of Solar and Lunar beams and fires at Dreadaugor. Leviathan bites down on Dreadaugor's bone sword, crunching it like a stick.

Aneyh and Senshokutai make their move. Senshokutai takes an offensive form, striking Dreadaugor multiple times, Aneyh bites onto the arm Leviathan had crushed severing it. Dreadaugor clamps down on Raptoria so hard he slices her in half. Raptorok goes in to avenge her, but meets the same fate. Stygi Jr. feels a power surge as well as the young Kaijuraptor and charge Dreadaugor

Hunt: Their power levels are increasing. Five minutes until they blow!
Lilian: What do you mean?
Hunt: Whatever we did to Stygimorah Jr. worked a little too well. They're all about to explode like an atom bomb.

Stygi Jr. and the Kaijuraptor fight Dread, although he grabs Stygi Jr. and takes off to the stratosphere then drops him. Senshokutai manages to catch him though. A fighter ship then joins the battle, commanded by Tiana.

Tiana: Listen, the young Stygimorah's explosion will decimate this whole area. Evacuate immediately!
Alan: Copy that, old friend.
Tiana: *to herself* Now to redeem myself.

The Red Kaijuraptor catches wind, as Stygi Jr starts glowing, and as if to say to the other super species to get clear, Senshokutai, however, starts glowing as well, and going in offensive charging at Dread head on He entangles his tentacles around Dreadaugor. Dread fires his beam to get him off, but Senshokutai sacrificed himself to give Stygi Jr stability. Tiana then performs a dive-bomb on Dreadaugor to distract her, until he eventually destroys her jet, killing her instantly. Stygimorah then grows to Dreadaugor's size and takes on a new form:

King Stygimorah

King Stygimorah roars out, Dreadaugor responds with his own roar, as King Stygimorah walks forward, then he fires both Solar and Lunar beams at him. This new attack, called the Moloch Hyper Ray, blasts a huge chunk off of Dreadaugor. He fires his beam, but King Stygimorah absorbs it. And fires again, knocking Dreadaugor over, who crawls away in fear After sustaining heavy, damage, Dreadaugor spreads energy wings and retreats deep into space.

Hunt: Take that, Dreadaugor!

The superspecies roar in victory, but King Stygimorah collapses, exhausted from fighting. King Stygimorah reverts back to normal Stygimorah. The monsters carry him off to the sea, then they disappear across the globe.

Tanana: I thought I lost you.
Alan: For a moment, you did. Would you like to know what heaven looks like?
Tanana: Later.
Rosetta: Lets just go home, as a family.

They group hug.

The year is now 1999. The surviving superspecies have become docile and have helped to rebuild the world's ecosystems. Stygimorah makes sure everything is alright, and everyone is doing as instructed The Atarashi and Tyrannoids have also become fully legal inhabitants of Earth.

Alan: The future looks great.
Tanana: Nature in balance. And perhaps more in store.
Lilian: And to think this all started 37 years ago.
Alan: Yeah, all starting with Stygimorah.

Stygimorah lets out a bleat. Stygimorah the Underdog has now become the Prince of the Monsters.
