This is a spectacular vision for someone who is wild about BLUES. I like those little blobs that look like cosmic octopuses.

Fantastic organics.
There is a thread weave--a mesh of light over this, unifying the sections like cytoplasm. Reinforcing that aspect is the gradient from cyan to violet. My only suggestion would have been to pull out some highlights on the circular forms which populate the periphery of the upper areas.
But as it is, it's cool.

It's an awesome piece, very pleasing to the eye, the colors are great and the textures are great. I could only say that I would have liked it even more if it wasn't perfectly symmetrical.

Woah. I think I've seen one of your other fractals on the front page and it looked ΓΌber cool. This one, though, I like even better. Seeing the splashes of water play with each other is quite intriguing. And ya know what else? ...look towards the bottom center and you can make out some really creepy/evil looking faces. awesome
