It's Katy (Chao in Japanese verison) from the anime movie "Unico" by Osamu Tezuka . I just saw the movie on Youtube and it was the cutest thing I've ever seen. So I did a drawing of my favorite character from the movie, Katy!! Hope you like it. ^_^I love Osamu Tezuka's animes!! He Rocks!!
