If only there was an episode revolving around all of them. Fluttershy had one with the CMC first, and Twilight had one too, and yet, Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Rarity are their closest pals/relatives.
Still, at least Pinkie and the CMC had two brief moments with each other in their respective episodes (One Bad Apple and The One Where Pinkie Pie Knows).
