Wow this is really good, I wish I understood how to vector, I just draw my sloppy lines. It's nice seeing non show vectors.

Well I can point you to some tools if your seriously interested.
I would recommend InkScape as the only decent, free, svg focused, svg editing program. (I like The GIMP program for path editing.)
Install it and follow this tutorial to play with what svg is capable of:

Tools exist that try to automatically vectorize stuff, but for the most part, skill resulting from interest + time will produce the best results, but generated ones might give you a good foundation to refine.
And I learned a lot from watching people make vectors on youtube, Check some out and get inspired!
