I'll be posting a thorough tutorial on my instagram and cosplay amino "DippyCatt"Commissions: closed.
Made in about three hours. It was much easier to make than Vaporeon.
The only challenge was the symmetry of the bolts and trimmings.
Material: Bra, fabrics, trimmings, ribbons, stones.
Tools: Sewing scissors, hot glue, craft foam for padding, iced coffee for sanity
