i didn't find any other stamps like this on DA, and i get annoyed when people thank you for llamas. so yeah. i made this

I really support this stamp! I mean, it's nice to thank ppl for llamas but if your profile is a high traffic area, it's hard to thank everyone! Read my signature, I had it before I even encountered this stamp!

But I have to say I hate it when people spam me with Llamas - I don't have the time nor motivation to return that.
I hate the whole Llama thing and wish people would just leave me alone with it instead of "forcing" me into returning the favor

I think the reason behind this is that there's absolutely no info on this for newbies (me being one of them). I've been here for a few weeks already (got 6 llamas 
Searching "llama" in DA help an FAQ returns no results either.
To be honest, I still don't understand the full idea behind them, so if somebody explained, I'd appreciate it.

It took me years to figure it out, though honestly I did not care for most of that time.

I guess they're really just a novelty thing on DA that people love to collect. The more you collect, the better upgrades your llama badge on your profile gets (atm I have the Super albino llama ^^)
Llama trades are conducted, and the result is more llamas! i.e. Give a llama, receive a llama~
There isn't really any point to them, they're just awesome

Actually, there are stamps out there for the whole "Don't thank me for llamas" thing, but they're the stereotypical "YOU SUCK BALLS AND ARE MADE OF AIDS AND FAIL BECAUSE YOUR NOT A CYNICAL DICK LIKE ME ROOOOOAAAR!" variety that plague take up more of DA's bandwith than fetish art and anime are all over the place around here. I really like how this one's a lot kinder and more "just exchange llamas and call it a deal" thing.

Exactly! Giving one after receiving one is, to me, the whole point of them in the first place!

So true. It's quicker and easier to give a llama than to write out 'Thanks for the llama!' anyway, I do it when someone's added one of my pics to their favourites, or when they watch me because I think people prefer llama's, right? You don't feel the need to respond with a 'you're welcome', just give a llama back!

I was going to make a stamp along theses lines, I can't see why people spam "thanks for the llama" everywhere, but yours is simple, clear and stylish so I think I'll use it instead.
