Wow this is amazing! So gorgeous and striking and yet so horrid!
It manages to be both beautiful and gruesome at the same time. The eyes are well creepy and the way the blood and beads merge into one is wonderful.
It really does remind me how stifling religion (especially Catholicism) can be.
Well done for such a remarkable piece!

I didn't realise until after i commented that those weren't rosary beads but i imagine that's still the sort of meaning your going for...

the beads have a nice look of bubbling blood, which brings the "sick" concept in quite nicely. the white to crimson blood is quite a stark contrast. and the eyes and mouth work to ease your sight into the whole manip. also smashing job with the dead white complexion, it harbors a pretty and intriguing sense of the inhuman.
