I did this really fast, so obviously you wanna take more time on an actual photo manipulation.Results will vary due to skin tone and contrast.. Another great way is to actually paint with a soft light after doing these steps on a new layer.. this can intensify and also deliver better "white" skin results.
This is my first tutorial. Hope you enjoy.

very cool! I always desatured the skin and airbrushes a little after that, but I never ended with that nice result!
