The last thing they really needed to do was alert anyone to them leaving. Though as Baram called a halt, his own ears strained to find the sounds their leader had heard. The soft voices of a group where behind the door and without hesitation Joanna moved through them. Wings flared and Tito quickly stepped in front of Pagan to protect him from anything that might be happening.

But the equines gathered in the room seemed to have no weapons, nothing to defend themselves with. Who where these? With chest heaving a bit, he slowly lowered his wings, folding the feathers back against his sides. Then it all hit him at once. "Is it True!?" He couldn't help but blurt out, tears trailing down his face as the magnitude of what these blasted sea loving bastards had done. His hooves stamped as the younger Fury tried to get himself under control. This was all too much. There was too much death and hurt happening around him...

My Dear Tito went through a lot this chapter and it was perfect. This picture is what I wanted and didn't want. I needed the light source and while the room they where in didn't have one, I improvised to get the feeling I wanted. I hope you enjoy this look into my little baby's mind. He is not going home a happy camper.
