A open ear and heart are very effective, just as advice is.

Rejoice with people in their victories and pleasures. Praise with them and give praise for their Joy and efforts m. Share in their pleasure and you will share pleasure in your own heart. You will be happier because you have more things and people to be happy for.

It is comforting God understands us so well.
Know he shares in both your pleasures and pains, and has patience with your pace.
