I am going to go completely against the detractors here, because I genuinely like this idea. In a way, it's almost like she's a sort of color sponge. Also, I personally have no problems with ponies of a darker nature - there is always something inherently entertaining about bright, cute things that have a hidden mean streak. Otherwise, things like "Happy Tree Friends" would never have gotten so popular. :3
