It's wonderful to see you doing more work along this African/Middle-Eastern vein. Despite her hungry look as she licks her chops in anticipation, she's so lovely that it would feel disappointing to have to run away from her. The rest of her face is lovely too, and then the makeup for the symbol is elegant and charming; her wings folded up so cutely around her add to her stately affect. The fluffy textures of her body and ears are so cute that I'd almost want to cuddle her even with the risk.

Here'a a riddle for ya!
A courteous pharaoh decided to put on a test to see who would be the best fiance suitor for his princess daughter.
Choosing three of his best noble warriors (Nube, Maryanu and Liby), he gave each of them a pot of dirt and told them to grow a fig plant within one week; within that period, Maryanu and Liby managed to procure a fig plant
Nube, on the other hoof, wasted his time drinking at his local tavern and had neglected his pot of dirt, so when the time came for the pharaoh to inspect the pots, he had no plant to show for!
However, after the pharaoh examined each of the pots, he turned to Nube and said to him "You shall be the one to marry my daughter"
How did Nube managed to win the princess' hoof??

You are exactly correct! The pharaoh actually salted the dirt to make it impossible to grow AT ALL!! That's why the pharoah didn't fall for the "buy the plant from the flower shop" trick!

Agreed, if somepony want show an equestrian multiculturical history, showing short flashbacks or visualised myth without any feutures in storyline, characters, even the local accent is a bad way. But background design was pretty nice.
