Williamstown... This was shot 2 stops too underexposed, because i forgot to look... Luckily it was shot in raw mode so I was able to correct it without too much loss of quality... Last submission for a while...Related content

.maybe im looking at it backwards but im getting the 'light at the end of the tunnel' perspective on this one. .the dark clouds riding at the back, whilst everything gradually brightens as it nears the camera. .i like how the horizon seems so far away; i think this is due to the perspective created by the ominous clouds. .also like how the clouds are ominous in the foreground but are whispy in the background. .what is the object on the right pier, its puzzling me, and i havent got a clue as to what it might be?. .all in all a well composed shot. .

Damn, but that's a fantastic picture, the colours are almost unreal but they just add to the feel of an impending storm.
Like the way you've composed this and the lack of anyone/anything knocking around in the foreground, as people have already said, really adds something to the whole mood of the piece...
While you can get some really strange lighting effects just before a storm breaks, how much of this was the lighting on the day and how much from underexposing/fixing it?

Despite the underexposure, the photograph still is amazing. I live the wide angle perspective as well as the nice colors. The immense clouds top everything off, as I assume they are a major part of this photograph.

The blue to green to the rusty warmth and the manufactured white against all of it, like death contrasting against life, strangely morbid and very pretty.
