I really like how the brightness of her face draws the eye right to it! I don't really know too much about dark art, but if you were going for disgusting and kinda scary, I think you've acheived it well! The really dark background really helps pop the model right off the page.

Well... first of all... we have an amazing job in here.
I think "the white color of her face should be more 'expanded', it should being in a little space of her neck, just a little". The image gets lost in the background, but if you do thinking in it as is, its ok.
And looking your comment, i look for some info about the words you have on it.
Jesus said: "EloΓ―, EloΓ―, Lama sabachtani"
and if you look the real translation it can be writed: "ELi, ELOIm, LAMA ASTAGNA TANI"
and this is the same of (in spanish): "ConjuraciΓ³n, MaldiciΓ³n. Por Lama, Astagna, Tani"
You should search the information of Lama, Astagna and Tani.
Anyway, a very good deviation.

thanks my friend for the critique, her face is white as the blood has oozed out of her wounds, but i think her neck shud show the whiteness too, will do that in Version 2 i think and then will show u.
regarding the verse i took it from Mark 15 at [link] , i will consult KJV and then re-edit the verses.
i meant her to merge wth the background as the original refrence piece is against a non uniform background, i tried shades of cyan and greens but black is the color which appeals to me the most.
version 2 will be much better im learning dead skin manips and will make her more good thna it is in Version 2.
